Description
Half of the Chenin Blanc, and all of the Riesling, was fermented to dryness on the skins, and all of the fruit received at least 2 hours on the skins. It is drier than the 2019, which had a touch of sweetness, and we find it to be more balanced overall. The Gewurztraminer lifts the nose, providing floral top notes, while the skin-fermented portion brings more exotic aromatics. Texturally it has beautiful weight and roundness, a result of full malo and no fining or filtering.
