Domaine Perraud Balance Ta Bulle Gamay Pét-Nat is a sweet sparkling wine made from 100% Gamay grapes by Isabel Perraud according to the ancestral method. Only 7% abv, sweet and fizzy, raspberry and strawberry party on your palate.
Isabelle and Bruno Perraud founded their Domaine Perraud in 1987. They farm 8.5 hectares of vineyards – certified organic since 2002 and biodynamic in 2018 – in several Beaujolais locations, including Morgon, Moulin-à-Vent, and Fleurie.
Isabelle and Bruno adopt a low-intervention approach in the cellar. Each of their wines is handcrafted with the utmost care and are easily some of the best examples of Beaujolais (red wine made from Gamay grapes) and Pouilly-Fuisse (white wine made from Chardonnay grapes) on the market.
